Sandy Ketcham
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from North
Central College in Naperville, IL, Sandy added to the knowledge
gained as an Executive Secretary and trouble shooter at General
Motors Corporation and began a home-based business. Armed with
enhanced marketing and writing skills, she expanded her business
to include writing, graphic design and website design. Her
clients have included one-man start-ups to larger companies,
including University of Illinois at Chicago's School of Public
Health, Hinsdale Hospital, Cog Hill Golf Course and the
Naperville Chamber of Commerce. Her assignments have ranged from
post cards and one-page letters to multi-page websites and
everything in between. Sandy admits that she thrives on
variety, and truly enjoys problem-solving -- talents she uses
regularly as principal of The Word Pro.
Laura Donovan
After earning a Degree in Communications from North Central
College in Naperville, Laura began a career in Human Resources.
She joined the Word Pro in 2002 when, in anticipation of
starting a family, she decided to work at home. Laura's clients
include medical practices, where she uses her knowledge of
Worker's Compensation to complete the reports she once reviewed.
Her administrative and computer skills have made her a valued
asset to The Word Pro.
